Shipping Policy

BeautyBLVD offers FREE 2-3 day shipping on all orders within the Domestic US of $35+.  Expedited shipping methods are offered during checkout which include UPS Overnight, UPS 2-day Air, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Signature is required for all orders over $400.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1PM EST, will ship the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the following business day from when it was placed. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If your order contains one of these items the entire order will be processed and shipped when the back-ordered product(s) are available. If the item is going to be on back-order for an extended period of time, we will separate your order and ship the products that are in stock to you. The backordered item will be shipped to you at no additional cost when it arrives back in stock.

Returns Policy

BeautyBLVD wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may simply return the product to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  A 15% handling fee may be deducted if items are opened or used or the return is not as an exchange. To initiate a return, email info@beautyblvd.com or call us toll-free (877) 648-0985 for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Shipping costs are only eligible for refund if the return items were shipped incorrectly or damaged.

After a return has been authorized, please write your RMA# that has been provided on the outside of your package and mail to:

Returns are processed daily. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to reflect on your account.
